Instructions to Join Using PayPal

PayPal (www.paypal.com) is a service that allows you to pay any registered member either by a debit to your checking account or charge to your credit card. PayPal accepts many non-US credit cards and foreign bank electronic transfers that iBill will not accept, including credit cards that have been "blacklisted" by iBill. Its disadvantage is that it cannot automatically add your selected user name and password to the server to permit you to have immediate access to the site. Therefore special instructions are necessary for those who wish to sign up either for a recurring or one time membership using the PayPal service. Please read and follow these instructions:

If you want to pay with your credit card only and you do not now have a PayPal account, just click on the PayPal button on my Join page which is above the length of membership you select; and that will take to the PayPal sign-up page for my site. Click on the "If you have never paid through PayPal" button at the top, fill out the credit card information, and "Submit" it. You have now JOINED--go to step 4 below.
If you do not now have a PayPal account and you want to pay with an electronic bank transfer or a credit card or pay some from both, you must first sign up for a PayPal account. Go to www.paypal.com and sign up at the link in the middle of the page. To activate your account, you will need to follow the instructions to register your credit card(s) and/or to verify your bank account information. The PayPal account is FREE!
Once you have a valid PayPal account (or if you have a PayPal account right now), go back to my Join page (bookmark it!) and click on the PayPal button above the length of membership you select. You will be taken to Pay Pal's sign-up page. Enter your PayPal user name and password; and you will then be given the option of paying for your membership in Planet Victoria with either credit card or bank transfer or both. Complete the simple forms for this, "Submit" and you will now have JOINED. Then go to step 4 below to activate your membership.
After you have JOINED (by either 1 or 3 above) you will need to activate your membership by sending an e-mail to Steve (gokings@attbi.com) or to me (vzdrok@aol.com) "forwarding" or enclosing the PayPal e-mail which confirms that your payment has been made. In your e-mail, state the user name and password you want to use. Either Steve or I will add your chosen username and password to the server and e-mail you back that this is done. You can now enter the Members Area, using the "Members Entrance" on the first page of my site (click on the "if you know your password" link--either one) or any "Members" button at the bottom of any of my free site pages. ENJOY!!!!

NOTE: the term of your membership will not begin until the day your chosen user name and password have been added to the server, so you won't miss a day for which you paid. However, to speed up your getting to all my hot pictures and chatting with me, it would be a good idea to send your PayPal confirmation plus user name and password to BOTH Steve and I. That way if one of us is away from their computer or not home or not able to access their e-mail, the other will act on your request to activate your membership. Also, if you sign up for the recurring monthly membership with PayPal, and then want to cancel your subscription, you will need to e-mail Steve or I as we have to manually remove your password from the server when your subscription ends.
